Enhancements to the main Calls page

We’re considering enhancements to the way the main Calls page shows and filters the list of incoming calls. Our goals are to make it easier to find and read reports without always being presented a list of perhaps hundreds of calls. Some ideas we’re considering include:
  • By default, only show incoming calls for the past 24 hours
  • Ability to see a list of calls from any 1-week period in your history
  • Make it easier for Admins to provide feedback and move to “”previous”” and “”next”” calls without having to come back to the main Calls page every time
