Get temporary passwords upon request
As an Admin, when you request that a welcome email or temporary password be sent to one of your people, iCarol will send them an email with that information. Often times though, it would be useful for you to know the new temporary password right away – for example, the person might be in your offices and not have immediate access to retrieve their email.
So beginning today, when you make such a request from within a person’s profile (on the Vols & Staff page), iCarol will still send the person an email. And it will also let you know what the new temporary password is, in the confirmation message in red right on the page. We hope this small convenience will be helpful to you.
