During the creation or editing of a resource Admins and Supervisors (and users with special security permission) can highlight selected resources to show up as "Preferred Providers."

In subsequent browsing and searching for resources, these Preferred Providers will appear at the top of any list, and the heading will have a green background.

The same feature also allows you to highlight resources most commonly used, these are listed with a blue background.
