CONTACT USA presents revised Accreditation Manual. Jan 18

CONTACT USA is pleased to present this revised Accreditation Manual to all crisis line and Reassurance Programs as they continue their policy of conducting on-site accreditation visits to centers every five years. The purpose of an on-site accreditation program and this manual is to help strengthen each center or crisis line or reassurance program and to increase the already proven effectiveness of telephone crisis programs.
