People can browse and search your current iCarol resource database from a public web page. No need to import or export anything. Click here to read more
Automated Verification
When its time to verify the resources in your database, let iCarol email the requests for you, and your partner agencies can request changes to their records from a secure web page.
You get to accept or modify or reject those changes before they go into your database. This powerful tool significantly reduces the manual work it takes to track down and verify the information in your resources database.
Printable and Offline Resources
Export your resources into standard formats, like Microsoft Word and Excel, that are browseable, searchable, indexed and ready for printing.
You can limit these exports by geographic regions and categorization, and also schedule these to occur on a regular basis and iCarol will email the files to you accordingly.
We also offer one-time pricing for these exports, allowing you to have us perform these only when you need them, and without having to pay the startup fee and monthly subscription.
Quality Follow-up Surveys
If the caller agrees, you can schedule a later session with them during which someone that you designate will conduct a survey with the person, to determine the quality of the call, your services, and the services of any community resources to which you may have referred them.
iCarol will automatically remind you when the survey is due to occur, save all the answers and tabulate statistics for you. This upgrade comes with two different survey formats, with nominal charges for each additional survey format you want to add.
Additional Programs within your iCarol system
Segment your shift calendars, call reports, staff and volunteers into multiple Programs. Allows you to limit what individuals and groups in your agency can see in your iCarol system, while letting you manage the big picture.
Accessing referral resources from partner iCarol agencies
You and your partner agencies using iCarol can securely share resource (information & referral) databases within iCarol.
Call report and statistics collaboration with partner iCarol agencies
Your partner agencies can view, search, create and edit call logs, and run charts and statistics on those calls, directly in your iCarol system, from their iCarol system.
Non-iCarol partners accessing information in your system
If you are involved in a contract with a non-iCarol agency (either as a vendor or a client), we can facilitate how you work together using iCarol.
Additional call report forms
If you need more than the two form versions which are included in your subscription, we can create additional ones for you.
