| Printable and Offline Resources Export your resources into standard formats, like Microsoft Word and Excel, that are browseable, searchable, indexed and ready for printing. You can limit these exports by geographic regions and categorization, and also schedule these to occur on a regular basis and iCarol will email the files to you accordingly. We also offer one-time pricing for these exports, allowing you to have us perform these only when you need them, and without having to pay the startup fee and monthly subscription. |

| Quality Follow-up Surveys If the caller agrees, you can schedule a later session with them during which someone that you designate will conduct a survey with the person, to determine the quality of the call, your services, and the services of any community resources to which you may have referred them. iCarol will automatically remind you when the survey is due to occur, save all the answers and tabulate statistics for you. This upgrade comes with two different survey formats, with nominal charges for each additional survey format you want to add. |
