It's fast and easy to create categories and keywords, and then assign your resources into them. And there's no limit to how many categories and levels of hierarchy you can create.


Schedule follow-ups to advocate for your callers and to do quality assurance surveys

At the end of a call, you can schedule follow-up activities that you or your colleagues can perform on behalf of the caller. iCarol will also remind you when it's time to ask the caller to participate in a quality assurance survey. If they do, iCarol makes it easy to schedule, store and report on the results of those surveys.

Based on a schedule that you determine, iCarol will help you periodically verify and update the information you have about your community agencies. You can even have iCarol automatically send them reminder emails, request changes from a secure web page, and allow you to view, modify and accept those changes in your database.

No need to import or export anything. Your current resource database can be browsed and searched from your own public website.
