iCarol subscriptions include:

The Free Trial gives you a fully functional iCarol system for 60-days, totally customized to your agency.

It's your time to see if iCarol will work for you.

Most agencies spend the first few weeks working with us to make small changes to the initial setup, and request changes to accomodate the way they work. By the second month, they have started using it broadly in their agency to get a true opportunity to see iCarol at work.

By the end of the trial, you should know if it will work and if you are ready to enter your paid subscription.

Steps involved in starting your Free Trial

We set up an iCarol account for your agency, already loaded with the first Admin account. We also provide you with a list of things we can import into the system for you, and the related spreadsheet templates. This includes things like your call report template (log sheet), shift calendars, volunteer rosters, information & referral database, and a few other items. As you return those templates to us (during or after the free trial), we do the importation.

You can also manually create any of these items within iCarol too. The importation is offered as a convenience to you at start-up. Throughout this time you have full access to all of iCarol's features.
