Use a taxonomy or create your own custom cagtegory scheme
Whether you use the 211 taxonomy or your own categorization scheme, its fast and easy to assign agencies and programs into categories.
Unlimited levels in your hierarchy
There's no limit to the number of levels in your category and agency hierarchy. For example, one department could have dozens of agencies and programs, each organized to fit "beneath" many higher levels of agencies and programs.
Track and report how many referrals you make to each agency
By closely integrating searching and lookup capabilities with iCarol's call reports, we can track and report how many referrals you make to each agency and program. It's also easy to see your total number of referrals by geographic area, time frame, category and more.
All fields are fully searchable
Each agency and program can have many details associated with it, like contact information, location, internet link to a map, hours of operation, multiple phone numbers, geographic coverage, and much more. All of these fields are included in our search feature, another way your phone workers can quickly find the referrals they need.
Share your resources with other agencies
