Create an unlimited number of shifts, and iCarol will manage them for you. Its easy to create one-time, or recurring (daily or weekly) shifts, with no limit to the number of people you need per shift. You can even have different sets of shifts and filter them in or out of the shift calendar.
Sign up for shifts on the web
Your staff and volunteers can sign up for their shifts from wherever they have web access. A secure user name and password means only the people you want can see and use the shift calendar. If your agency has multiple locations, you can easy coordinate your shift schedules between them.
Email reminders for upcoming shifts
A few days before each person's shift, iCarol sends them a friendly email reminder.
People find their own substitutes
If someone thinks they can't make a shift, they can simply request a substitute. iCarol then sends an email to other people in your agency asking them if they can cover the shift. If so, they sign on and accept the shift from the original person.
Get statistics about your shift coverage
As an administrator, you get emails, reports and charts that let you know how much individuals and groups of people are actually covering shifts.
