Your sensitive call and caller information is encrypted and garbled in our database, so only people to whom you've given an authorized iCarol account can read it. Even our technical support staff only sees 'gibberish' in those fields.

Our advanced facility operates securely and reliably
The "datacenter" that houses iCarol has extensive physical and electronic security, as well as state-of-the-art systems to ensure it stays up and running. This includes:
- Secure daily backups of all files, held offsite
- Advanced power, cooling and security systems to ensure 24/7 operations.
- Uniformed security guards and a man-trap at the entrance to building
- Entrances and exits are electronically secured and continuously monitored via closed-circuit cameras
- Only accessible to qualified network and data center technicians.
- One of North America's most connected buildings with 9 unique fibre-optic networks and more than 7,000 strands of fibre entering the building
- On-site diesel generators are tested regularly and can run indefinitely if utility power feeds fail
- Two 4000/5000KVA transformers fed by dual underground 13.8 Kv feeder lines from fault-tolerant substations
- A stand-by 325-ton centrifugal chiller
- An advanced multi-zoned, pre-action, dry-pipe fire-suppression system protects the data center in the unlikely event of a fire
