Manager Feedback


iCarol offers your management the ability to give volunteers and staff frequent feedback on the quality of their work, and at the same time, protects the privacy of your staff by making that feedback secure and private. Each volunteer or staff member has access to feedback from management and callers within a call report. You’ll know when someone has read your feedback to them as iCarol notes that prominently the next time you view the call report.
