Call Report and Statistics Collaboration With Partner iCarol Agencies
Members of your network can access all calls logged from a common repository within their own iCarol accounts. Central administrators can aggregate statistics for all calls on the network, while each partner agency can isolate their own calls for agency-specific statistics as well. This is a great feature for use in contract or disaster-recovery scenarios, situations where you are logging calls for a partner agency during their off hours, or disaster situations where extra service capacity is needed in a pinch.
