iCarol’s Automated Verification tool allows you to easily verify the resources in your Resource Database and make sure that you are giving your clients accurate referral information. Using this tool, send emails to the contacts you have listed for your resource records and ask them to verify the information you have on file. The recipient at the partner resource simply clicks on a link embedded in their email to see a current view of the information you have on file for them, then they can confirm or edit their information. Any proposed changes will be sent to your Resource Managers within iCarol, allowing them to accept the changes, or make further edits to the entry themselves before it is integrated into your Resource Database.
Automated Verification helps you achieve the goal of accreditation from associations like the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). It also helps pinpoint resources in your database that are coming up for verification renewal.
