Caller needs can be noted seamlessly in your call reports, making it easy to track this important piece of information and report upon it to your board, funders and other community resources. Referrals made to other service providers can be linked to specific caller needs. It’s important to note and track the service gaps in your community, and so unmet needs can be noted with a reason why the need was unmet, such as “no program found to meet the need” or “caller did not meet eligibility requirements of available services”.
