Join iCarol for In-Person Training and User Group Events

We’re thrilled to announce that iCarol will host two in-person events this spring—one in Louisville, Kentucky, and another in St. Louis, Missouri! Each event will feature a full day of iCarol software training followed by a Software User Group, where attendees can share their experiences, discuss emerging needs, and help shape the future of the iCarol platform.

Why You Should Attend an iCarol Training/User Group

These events are designed to bring our community together for learning, collaboration, and innovation. During our User Groups, iCarol users have a direct opportunity to influence future product development by sharing feedback and ideas based on the evolving needs of their organizations and the communities they serve.

Both events are free to attend, include light refreshments, and run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be on your own, and participants are welcome to attend the full day or specific sessions as their schedules allow.

Louisville, Kentucky – Sunday, May 17

In conjunction with the Inform USA Conference
📍 Location: Louisville Marriott Downtown
🕗 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
