Adding a file attachments to a call report log

Months ago we added the ability for referral database resource editors to add attachments to resource records so that, for example, you could have application forms, informational brochures, and more attached and available for your phone workers to see when viewing those resources. Well we’ve now also added the ability for anyone editing a call report to also attach files to it, which are visible (and downloadable) by anyone with authorization to view those call reports. This would be handy, for example, if there is a file related to the call you want to store, or if your telephone system keeps a digital recording of the call that you want to append to the call record.
