iCarol Customer Conference and User Group
iCarol will hold a customer conference gathering to include time for discussion/training, as well as a user group session! This event will be held in-person in Baltimore, Maryland, which is the host city for the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems Conference beginning on Monday, October 17.

10:00am – Save the Day with Resource Data Quality
As an Information and Referral provider, the quality of your data is paramount. For AIRS Accreditation, improving client outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and reducing frustration and stress among help-seekers, it all comes down to having the most thorough and accurate community resource information available for them. In this session we’ll go through a number of specific iCarol tools that help you evaluate your resource data, find and fix inaccuracies with ease, update information in a landscape where provider information may change rapidly, and work together as a team to ensure good data quality.

11:15am – No One Left Behind: 211 Maryland’s Care Coordination Program
Learn how 211 Maryland is leveraging the skills of their information network team and iCarol technology to ensure discharged ED patients are supported and connected with resources. The percentage of Emergency Department (ED) visits related to mental health went from being from under 12% in 2018, to nearly 48% by 2021. About half of those visits occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to increasing demand for mental health services in EDs, the Maryland Department of Health and 211 Maryland, using iCarol’s Public Web Form, ReferralQ, and Provider Portal, launched a Care Coordination program in the Baltimore area in July 2022 which has since expanded to the entire state.

1:30pm – Relief, Reassurance, and Results through Automated Follow-ups
Your funders and stakeholders are asking for a lot of outcome data – Did your client get what they needed? Has their situation improved? Were their social determinants of health sufficiently addressed? Are they satisfied with the service you provided? Did the referred service provider meet their needs? Following-up with consumers to obtain this information, get the response rates you need, and continuing to support them are time-consuming tasks. Join this session to learn more about the all new Automated Follow-ups feature that aims to help make your job easier by scheduling and executing follow-ups automatically! We’ll share a live demonstration of the feature, and information on how all iCarol customers will have time to trial Automated Follow-ups when it launches later this year!
2:30pm – User Group Session
This is your chance to hear about the latest improvements and enhancements to iCarol, learn what we have planned for implementation in the coming months, and discuss and provide feedback to the iCarol Product Management team on what features you’d like to see implemented in the future. Participants will get to rank and vote on proposed new features to help us prioritize our initiatives to reflect the most pressing and relevant needs of our customers.

To honor and thank our I&R Heroes, iCarol is providing the opportunity for one organization to receive a $500 technology grant to be used toward the setup of a new iCarol system, or setup of a new iCarol feature added to an existing iCarol system. Entry forms were included in your AIRS Envision I&R Attendee bag, along with a badge ribbon honoring you as an I&R Hero – wear it with pride!

Entry forms will be accepted at the iCarol booth through Tuesday, October 18 at 1pm Eastern. iCarol will randomly draw a completed form on Tuesday, October 18 at 1:15pm Eastern. The recipient of the technology grant does not need to be present in order to collect their technology grant. Recipient of the grant will work with the iCarol team to determine how their grant will be used. Technology grant award is $500 USD to be used toward the setup of a new iCarol system, or setup of a new iCarol feature in an existing iCarol system. If setup cost exceeds $500 USD, recipient will be responsible for remaining balance. If setup cost is less than $500 USD, recipient is not entitled to payout of any remaining grant amount. Grant cannot be used toward iCarol subscription costs or for other purposes. Grant must be spent before December 31, 2022.

There is no cost, this is a complimentary conference and user group for iCarol customers and those who may be actively considering iCarol for use at their organization.

You are welcome to join us based on your availability, whether for the whole day or only certain sessions.
Will the iCarol’s Customer Conference be live streamed or recorded?
This conference is exclusive to those who are able to attend in-person, but we may repeat individual sessions as webinars in the future!
Will you have any other User Group sessions?
Yes, we plan to have a virtual user group session before the end of 2022.
