Change person assigned to follow-ups more quickly
In the listing of upcoming and overdue follow-up activities on the main Calls page, Admins and Supervisors can now change the person to whom any given follow-up is assigned directly on the list. You’ll get a small green check-mark to confirm to you that the change was made.
