Our event is at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa (same hotel as CrisisCon) at 8000 South Arizona Grand E, Phoenix, AZ 85044. We will be in room Palm 3A which is located on the 3rd floor of the conference center.

We want to give our customers in the crisis intervention industry an overview and update on our project to modernize iCarol’s user interface. So far we’ve updated areas like our main menu, Shifts, and on October 1 we will release an upgrade to the Vols-Staff area. As we begin to develop updates for Contacts, Contact Forms and Records, and related areas that have a big impact on our customers, we want to take this opportunity to get feedback and ideas from our valued customers who will be at CrisisCon.

We’ll begin just after the day’s pre-conference sessions end, which is expected to be 4pm. We’ll wrap up in time to allow our guests to attend CrisisCon’s opening reception.
