iCarol Customer Conference and User Group
iCarol will hold a customer conference gathering to include time for discussion/training, as well as a user group session! This event will be held in-person in Orlando, Florida, which is the host city for the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems Discovery Conference beginning on Monday, July 31, 2023.

9:00 am to 10:00 am – Coffee/Office hours
Target Audience: Everyone!
A casual gathering with coffee and donuts provided. This is a great time to bring us your questions, ideas, wants, needs, wishes, or just generally discuss anything that’s on your mind related to your organization and iCarol.
10:00 am to 10:45 am – Shining a Light on Resource Data and Reports
Target Audience: Resource Managers, Data/Reporting Roles
In this session we will discuss Resource Management tools in iCarol, including the Resource Advanced Search tool’s many filtering and refining capabilities to help you quickly identify data quality missteps, then update and bring records into compliance with your style guide. We’ll explore Resource reports in iCarol, and review brand new resource-related reports available in iCarol’s latest release.
10:45 am to 11:30 am – Coordinating Care: A Team Expedition
Target Audience: Program Managers, Executive Directors
“It Takes a Village.” That’s often the case when helping someone access services, receive treatment, and address their Social Determinants of Health. When several entities work together and share information, the client benefits. In this session we’ll explore how iCarol helps you coordinate care for an individual across different departments of your own agency or at an external partner organization. Learn how iCarol features work together to build the workflow that best meets the needs of your client and the partners participating in their care.

12:45pm – 1:30 pm – Uncover Your Data’s Potential
Target Audience: Program Managers, Executive Directors, Data/Reporting Roles
One of our most deeply held values at iCarol that the data you put into iCarol is yours, we are simply its stewards – keeping it protected, safe, and accessible. You should be able to leverage your data in ways that help your community and help you uncover new partnerships or funding opportunities. In this session we’ll talk through the different ways to access your data and how these methods may be appropriate for different scenarios and partnerships.

1:35 pm to 3:30 pm – Adventure into the Horizon: iCarol User Group
Target Audience: Everyone!
This is your chance to hear about the latest improvements and enhancements to iCarol, learn what we have planned for implementation in the coming months, and discuss and provide feedback to the iCarol Product Management team on what features you’d like to see implemented in the future. Participants will get to rank and vote on proposed new features to help us prioritize our initiatives to reflect the most pressing and relevant needs of our customers.
3:30 pm to 4:00 pm – Discover iCarol
Target Audience: New users or Non-users looking to learn more about iCarol
Join us for a high-level tour of iCarol. We’ll share information about how the system brings together all of the tools you need to operate your services efficiently, work better with community partners and stakeholders, engage your staff, fulfill your reporting requirements, help more people, and position you to be an I&R leader and influencer.

There is no cost, this is a complimentary conference and user group for iCarol customers and those who may be actively considering iCarol for use at their organization.

I can only attend part of the iCarol Conference on Sunday, is that okay?
You are welcome to join us based on your availability, whether for the whole day or only certain sessions.
Will the iCarol’s Customer Conference be live streamed or recorded?
This conference is exclusive to those who are able to attend in-person, but we may repeat individual sessions as webinars in the future!
Will you have any other User Group sessions?
Yes, we are likely to hold an additional virtual user group session before the end of 2023.
