Enhanced support for caller profiles

In the past few weeks, we’ve added substantial capabilities to the caller/client profile sections of iCarol. First, you can now segment these profiles to belong to certain “Programs” in iCarol. (Programs allow you to segment your shifts, calls and staff & volunteers within iCarol, so people can only see what they are authorized to, yet you get an overall view of all your agency’s programs.) Next, when you search past call reports, iCarol will also automatically search your caller profiles too and let you know if any search results are found there. Lastly, when you are viewing a call report that has been logged without being associated with an existing caller profile, you can easily create one with one click. The profile will automatically be populated with the demographics and issues that were part of that call.
