At iCarol, we understand this struggle deeply. Our customers are doing some of the most important, meaningful work in the world—work that uplifts, supports, and empowers communities every day. That’s why we’re proud to offer the iCarol Technology Solution Grant Program—an initiative created to give back to our customers and support them in making an even greater impact.

Now in its second year, this program builds on the success of our 2024 pilot, which provided support to a number of innovative organizations who used the grant to drive real, measurable community outcomes. We’re excited to expand this opportunity in 2025 and help even more of our customers reach their goals.

What Is the iCarol Technology Solution Grant?

The iCarol Technology Solution Grant is designed to help our valued customers expand their reach and effectiveness by giving them access to powerful tools—without the financial burden.

Through this grant program, eligible customers can apply to use select iCarol products at no cost for a set period. It’s a unique opportunity to explore new technologies, test pilot projects, and build a foundation for future growth and funding.

Products Available Through the Grant

Customers can apply to use one or more of the following tools:

• ReferralQ
• Provider Portal
• Public Web Forms
• Automated Follow-Ups
• Resource API

These tools are designed to help you increase service efficiency, strengthen your data collection, and better engage with the people you serve.

We’re currently accepting applications for the 2025 grant program!

Application Deadline: Tuesday, June 3, 2025

Applicant notification: Monday, June 9, 2025

Grant Period: Tuesday, June 24 – Tuesday, December 17, 2025

In your application, you’ll let us know which products you’d like to use, your project goals, and what success will look like. We also ask for a few details about your organization’s current barriers and your commitment to sharing updates and a final case story at the end of the grant period.
