Highlighted call reports others should read
Occasionally, a phone worker or staff person thinks the content of a particular call report should be read by other people – particularly phone workers on the current or upcoming shift. If you ask us to enable this free feature, the phone worker will have a “highlight” checkbox available before submitting any report. If it is highlighted, then it will be shaded in yellow on the main Calls page.
