How do I start a free trial? +–
Once you fill out our free trial request form we’ll get you started on a trial with absolutely no obligations, no cost and no credit card required. We will set you up with a fully functional system, just like ones used by our subscribers. You can add/upload staff and volunteer profiles, resources, create data collection forms, and more. Unlike other software trials, we don’t limit the features you can see and use during your trial. You’ll have access to all the basic features of iCarol.

Can multiple people access the same trial? +–
Yes, you can add as many people to your trial as you see fit. iCarol does not limit the number of users accessing your system, in fact we encourage you to add all of your staff, volunteers, and others at your agency, so they can get familiar with the system. Simply create a volunteer or staff profile for them, set their security level and initiate the login email to go out to them.
What happens during my trial? +–
Once we receive your request, we’ll set you up with an iCarol system that’s all your own. Be sure to view and download our checklist that will put you on the path to trial success right from the start. From there, have fun adding your volunteers and staff, creating schedules, developing forms for data collection, and much more. Our team will be with you along the way — you’ll have an Account Manager, assigned member from our Support team, guides, emails with content for best practices, training webinars, and more to ensure you’re getting all the help and support you need.
What happens when the trial period expires? +–
We are sure that once see for yourself just how much iCarol can revitalize your helpline, you’ll want it as a permanent fixture at your center well before your trial period expires. When you are ready to make this happen, you will simply request your invoice, and your assigned member of our Support Team will begin the process of assisting you to further customize your iCarol Software to meet your unique needs.
If you get to the end of your trial period and you’re still not sure if iCarol is right for you, then we simply close out your system, part as friends, and thank you for the great service you’re providing to your community. Let’s stay in touch, in case you decide you want to subscribe in the future.
What if my organization is not ready to start a trial? +–
