iCarol Support Training: Contact Reporting

At iCarol, we’re committed to helping our customers get the most value and impact from their software. Our monthly Support Training Webinars are designed to help customers explore the many tools and features available in their iCarol system. Our March Support Training Webinar will focus on reporting on the data you collected in iCarol Contact Forms.

In iCarol, Contact Forms are used to collect information from help-seekers regardless of how they might reach out. The forms are flexible and can truly be tailored to just about any interaction, whether it’s a phone call, in-person appointment, chat/text conversation, or an outbound check-in or follow-up call. Contact Forms can even be made publicly available on a website to be used for service inquiries or intakes. All of that data is then stored in iCarol, and available for reporting or exporting. In this session we’ll talk about the relationship between the data collected in the form and how and where you report on that data in iCarol.

Date: Wednesday, March 18
Time: 2pm Eastern

Attendees will learn about:

  • Review the connection between Contact form Versions and reporting
  • Reporting across multiple Contact Form versions
  • When to use statistics and when to export
  • Building an export template
