In December we let you know about status.icarol.com, a service that gives you realtime updates on iCarol’s performance. This website is hosted separately from the user interface that you use to do your work. Any performance issue will be shown on status.icarol.com and you can rest assured we’re working quickly to resolve any issues.

As part of our commitment to excellence, we averaged our numbers over the last 7 years to see how we’ve done. We found that our uptime average is 99.97%. While that’s terrific, we’re always striving to do better and our ultimate goal is to provide 99.99% uptime to our clients.
