We’ll demonstrate how staff can optimize search capabilities, flag resource records, leave notes for Resource Managers, and contribute to ongoing data quality. You’ll also learn how to share resources with clients via email or SMS, and how to document both met and unmet needs. This session bridges the gap between front-line interaction and behind-the-scenes resource management, creating a more responsive, informed system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the event?
Our event is at the Louisville Marriott Downtown (same hotel as the Inform USA Conference) located at 280 W Jefferson St, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. We will be in the Rose Room on the second level of the hotel.
What time will things start?
We’ll start with open office hours at 8am. You’re welcome to come during this time to hang out with us for coffee and refreshments, questions and conversation. Our sessions will kick off at 9am.
I can only attend for part of the day/limited sessions, is that okay?

Yes, absolutely! We understand that with travel arrangements and other commitments, not all will be able to join us for the entire day. Please review the schedule of events at the top of this page and join us whenever you like for as long as you like.

Where can I find the full schedule of sessions/events?

At the top of this page you’ll find our full schedule for the day. We have four presentations planned, plus our User Group. There will be one short break in the morning, and a 75 minute break for lunch (not provided by iCarol).

Will iCarol provide any food/drink?

Yes – we will have coffee and light refreshments first thing in the morning. We plan to break for lunch at 12:15pm and will resume at 1:30pm. We are not providing lunch but there are multiple lunch options found in and near the hotel.

I have questions for my iCarol team, can I ask those at this event?
Yes! We’ll be happy to connect with you on any and all questions, concerns, ideas, and more that you may have related to iCarol. Please bring those to us anytime (open office hours at the start and end of our day are especially set aside for this). Or if you aren’t available for our customer conference, stop by our booth at the Inform USA conference at any time during exhibit hours.
