Most popular day of week for calls to non-profit help lines? Mondays!

Our data confirms what many non-profit help lines see in their own operations. Across all our clients throughout 2009, more calls were logged on Mondays than on any other day of the week. In fact, Mondays accounted for 1.76 times more calls than the lowest volume day of the week, Sundays. Also, it is interesting to see that calls logged gradually decreases every day after Monday, reaching its lowest point on Sunday before bouncing back again on Monday (see graph below).
