New case management feature planned

In working with several iCarol agencies recently, we have decided to add basic case management features to iCarol.

Essentially phone workers will be able to create a case, assign multiple calls to it, and designate one of your phone workers responsible for managing and closing the case. This would be used in cases where it may take multiple inbound (and outbound) phone calls to resolve a client’s issue. Please note this is not intended for full medical case management.

Another benefit will be the possibility of tracking medium term outcomes with your clients.

If you currently do case management, or would like to participate, please contact us at support@iCarol.com by July 25th so that you can help us plan how this new feature will work.
