Powerful new report optionsThe Summary Report is a great tool for seeing a count of all the demographics and issues in your calls over a full calendar year, by month of the year. (If you haven’t seen it, go to Statistics, then change the Chart Type to Summary Report and click Update Chart.)
We’ve also added the ability to change the columns to be nearly anything you track in your call report forms (instead of just by Month), and use any custom date range.
For example, you could get a count of all the demographics and issues split by gender of your callers, or ethnicity, etc.
