Document Contacts

iCarol’s Contact Forms, also known as Call Report Forms, help you document and track the exact information you need to run your nonprofit more smoothly and effectively. Whether client contacts come in the form of calls, in-person visits, through your website, or Live Chat/SMS/Texting, you can document it all using iCarol. We can help you customize your forms to replicate an existing call sheet or form template you were using as a part of a previous software, home built, or paper-based system. With iCarol Contact Forms, you can track and report all sorts of data, including referrals made, met and unmet needs, demographics, issues discussed, and more. You can also create many different types of Contact Forms, for instance, forms for each separate program or phone line, risk or suicide assessments, calls from a partner agency, crisis calls, etc.
iCarol can streamline and save time in your documentation process by assigning conditional questions that only display when they apply and are triggered by a selection on the form. Important fields that must always be filled can be marked as “required,” indicating an answer must be provided before the Contact Form can be finalized and submitted as a record. Do you have clients that use your service on a repetitive basis? Profiles allow you to build a case file complete with biographical and historical information, statistical and demographic data, contact information, helpful hints and instructions, restrictions, and more. When opening a new Contact Form while interacting with a client who has a profile, selecting their profile will pull any data that already exists in the profile into the active form, making your volunteer or staff’s job even easier so that they can focus on offering compassionate and intelligent support.
Best of all, you have near-complete control over your Contact Form fields and settings — your system Administrators can edit these forms at will using the built-in Contact Form Editor.
