Most helplines need more than one type of data collection template. Crisis calls, for instance, might require different information to be tracked than a call to your warmline. You may require different call reports depending upon the incoming line that rings through to your center, or different forms for different programs. Suicide risk assessments, mobile crisis intakes, follow-up surveys, and screening forms are all examples of the various types of data collection forms our clients use.

Your base iCarol subscription includes two forms as a part of our standard package, but for a nominal fee we can provide you with many more forms so you can track all the necessary data that’s important to the work you do. And remember that each form is highly customizable and editable by your staff at any time.
