Outbound Calls

For clients who are expecting your call, making that call is crucial. iCarol helps you remember scheduled outbound client calls for occasions when you need to check on a person’s safety, remind them to take their medication or provide much-needed social contact. Outbound calls can be scheduled indefinitely on a specific schedule—for example, every Saturday at 11:00 am or each weekday at 4:00 pm.

Many of our clients schedule dozens or even hundreds of such calls every day, so iCarol provides an easy-to-scan Outbound Calls page that shows all the calls you are scheduled to make on a given day, and indicate whether the call was completed. This is an invaluable feature for programs serving elderly, mentally ill or homebound populations.
