You can schedule these reminders to appear to your volunteers and staff at the appropriate intervals.
When a client agrees to participate in a survey, iCarol will help your volunteers and staff schedule the survey follow-up contact, and will store and report on all surveys so that your Admins or Supervisors can run quick and easy statistics and reports on the results.
