Additional Programs Within Your iCarol System

If your nonprofit has more than one program, iCarol lets you easily manage multiple programs with separate or overlapping pools of staff, volunteers, shifts, calendars and reporting. All of your data and scheduling can be viewed comprehensively or be filtered by program. Each program has a unique shift calendar, accessible only to those who have been assigned to that program. You can choose whether to allow users from other programs within your agency view-only access to the overall program scheduling information.
Admins and supervisors have access to all program information, scheduling and reporting.
