Contact Record and Statistics Collaboration With Partner iCarol Agencies

Members of your network can access all contacts logged from a common repository within their own iCarol accounts. Central administrators can aggregate statistics for all contacts on the network, while each partner agency can isolate their own contact records for agency-specific statistics as well. This is a great feature for use in contract or disaster-recovery scenarios, situations where you are logging calls, chats, texts, and other interactions for a partner agency during their off hours, or disaster situations where extra service capacity is needed in a pinch.
