Export to Excel
It’s easy to export data from iCarol to an Excel spreadsheet so that you can apply your own custom analysis and statistics software tools in order to hone in on how your process is working. The following information can easily be exported from iCarol:
- Volunteer and staff user profile information
- Volunteer and staff skills and achievements data
- Caller profile information
- Outbound call information
- Chatboard messages
- Resource information
- Event items
- News messages
- Sign-on information
- Call report details
- Shift details
Data is first exported as a .csv file, and can then be opened by Excel and other spreadsheet softwares and statistical programs.
