Email or Text a Referral

Optionally, you can set iCarol to automatically email a caller the information about a resource referral you have given them on a call or during a chat or SMS conversation. The information about the resource record will be attached to the email. This can be easily enabled from within your customized Contact Forms.

If a client responds to a resource referral email, their reply will be directed back to a general mailbox. If they reply to a text message and you have 2-way texting enabled as part of your iCarol Messaging upgrade, your client can continue interacting back and forth with your workers.
