Email or Text a Referral

Optionally, you can set iCarol to automatically email a caller the information about a resource referral you have given them on a call or during a chat. The information about the resource referral will be attached to the email as a well-formatted and professional PDF attachment. This can be easily enabled from within your customized call logging forms.

We also offer the option of sending an SMS text to your client, limited to the standard 160 characters allowable in many mobile phones. In this case, the resource details will be pared down to the essentials, which you can assign in your preferences.

If a client responds to a resource referral email, their reply will be directed back to a general mailbox. If they reply to a text message and you have 2-way texting enabled as part of your iCarol Messaging upgrade, your client can continue interacting back and forth with your workers.
