If a person in the public attempts to register for a live chat or texting conversation that is out of the service area you’ve defined, they’ll be gently informed they don’t qualify and can be offered alternative services that may be available in their area. In this way you can ensure you’re meeting the obligations to your board and funders to focus on your own region, as well as limit the amount of incoming conversations you receive.
