Make referrals from your resource database

If you’ve imported and maintained a referral database in iCarol that you use for phone callers, that is readily available for your live chat and texting counselors to help your clients find specialized services.

You can easily search your resource database and preview records that may be of use to the client. Once you find one, a simple “click” selects the referral and pops it onto your client’s screen. They are encouraged to contact or visit the service provider to further help them with their needs.
