Run Standard Reports

iCarol has over 40 standard reports ready on-demand in the Statistics module. These include reports on:

Use Filters

Data you collect on your Contact Forms can be turned into filters for most standard reports. For instance, if you use your Contact Forms to collect information such as Postal Code, Age Range, Race/Ethnicity, or Topics Discussed to be picked from a dropdown or checkbox, these can all be used as a filter on most standard reports.

Save Reports

Are you typically running many of the same reports each month or quarter? With iCarol you can create the report along with any filters, and save it for later use. Next time the report is due you can run it again with the click of a button and save loads of time!

Export Your Data

All of the data you put into iCarol can be exported including:
  • Contact Records
  • Resource Database
  • Client Profiles
  • Volunteer and Staff Profiles
  • Activity Logs
  • Sign on Activity

Build Your Exports

Contact Records can include a lot of data, and you might not want to export all of it all the time. This is where iCarol’s Contact Record Export Builder is helpful! Use the builder to design an export that includes just the data you want or need for that instance. The export builder even provides tools for Data Mapping/Transformation is available in CSV or JSON format.

Schedule Exports

Exports of all types can be scheduled to run on a reoccuring basis and made available for download in iCarol, or sent directly to a Cloud FTP/SFTP.
