Restrictions & Certifications
For agencies that require extra security and privacy for documented contacts, iCarol can prevent Vols-Staff from seeing sensitive Contact Record or Client Profile information unless they are signed on from an authorized device. The users to whom you’ve granted all-access security (Admins) in your system can certify each authorized computer individually by installing our special iCarol Certification Tool on the device. They can also give a permission to a user to download and install the certification tool themselves. (Note that this feature is only supported on Windows-based machines at this time.)
Once a computer has been certified and an iCarol user is logged on, iCarol will display Contact Record and Client Profile information. Admins can grant or revoke the privileges of any user at any time and de-certify a device. Admins will also be notified by email each time a new computer is authorized.
