User Security Levels

iCarol allows you to specify the security level of every user in your system, with up to 5 pre-defined security levels to choose from. In addition to these high level settings there are dozens of more granular Advanced Security Settings to apply to each user, further customizing what they can see and do while logged into iCarol. At any time, an Admin user can add or remove Advanced Security Settings for a specific user or change their overall access. Each user’s security settings history is available inside the “history of changes to basic settings” tab of their profile so changes can be tracked.
