iCarol Call Statistics let you filter information according to time period, phone lines, caller issues and many other options and generate reports on those filters. You can create reports and charts automatically, at a moment’s notice, for presentation to the board or simply for your own analysis. You can also export data to Excel in order to apply even more formulas and analysis tools. All admins and supervisors have access to statistics reporting, and you can assign this access to other individual users if you wish.
