The ability to report on your Contact Record content is invaluable. iCarol collects, tabulates and displays all sorts of useful data from your contact activities, from contact volume and consumer demographics to shift coverage and volunteer retention numbers. You can dial in to the most important aspects of your service delivery process in order to constantly evaluate and improve your services.

iCarol Statistics let you filter information according to time period, phone lines, caller issues and many other options and generate reports on those filters. You can create reports and charts automatically, at a moment’s notice, for presentation to the board or simply for your own analysis. You can also export data to Excel in order to apply even more formulas and analysis tools. All admins and supervisors have access to statistics reporting, and you can assign this access to other individual users if you wish.
