Learning to use iCarol

We make training easy for you and your staff. When you first start your trial we invite you to attend a meeting so we can get to know you and discuss the challenges you’re hoping to address with helpline software. Your users can access on-screen Guides that walk them through the relevant tasks in iCarol. Help articles, tutorial videos, webinars on specific aspects of our software, and more, are all available to help your staff and volunteers use iCarol effectively.

We think that thanks to our intuitive system and great training materials, even beginner computer users will be able to grasp iCarol’s easy interface. We have plenty of clients whose staff, volunteers and even managers considered themselves “computer illiterate” before adopting iCarol, and are now happy to report that not only can they use our service, but they’ve become more comfortable using computers in general as a result of our easy learning process.
