Special Maintenance Program

As part of our inititative to keep iCarol reliable and affordable, periodically we need to take it offline to perform routine maintenance. Our goal is to do this only a few times per year during non-peak times, and to give you at least a few days notice. Over the next several months, we will be conducting special maintenance a bit more often than usual: every few weeks. They will happen on Saturdays or Sundays for an hour or so, and still will be announced here at least a few days in advance. This special maintenance is completely proactive on our part, and will entail hardware and software upgrades that will keep iCarol running well, far into the future. When we have completed this program, we intend to return to the normal maintenance schedule of every few months.
