iCarol Technology Solution Grants

“We can’t get the funding until we prove the need and value, but we can’t prove the need and value until we have the right tools in place.”

This is a common challenge experienced by non-profit and social good organizations everywhere.

The iCarol Technology Solution Grant is an initiative designed to support our valued customers in expanding their community impact and building capacity for new technology.

What is the iCarol Technology Solution Grant Program?

The grant offers our customers the opportunity to access certain products without upfront costs for a specified grant period. You can apply for grants to use the following products:

Grant Impact

Our customers are helping more people, getting more funding, and expanding their impact using the iCarol Technology Grant.

Contact Community Services, based in Syracuse, New York, was awarded a grant to implement ReferralQ and Provider Portal to administer Mobile Crisis Outreach.

By using these features they went from receiving outcome data on just 3-4 Mobile Team visits per month, to outcomes on an average of 80 visits per month, an incredible 1,900% increase.

What Our Customers Are Saying…

“Our experience with the grant initiative has been overwhelmingly positive. The application process was straightforward and accessible, which made it easy for us to apply and focus our energy on the impact we hoped to achieve.”

“One of the most valuable aspects of the grant was the opportunity to showcase the closed loop feature to our partners. Being able to clearly demonstrate the tangible benefits of this feature helped us make a strong case for their continued support. It provided transparency and measurable outcomes, which significantly strengthened our conversations around funding.”

“Overall, the grant not only supported our organization’s goals but also helped deepen our partnerships and increase our capacity to deliver results. Setting up ReferralQ was a straightforward process as well, thanks to the clear self-guided instructions available in the iCarol Help Center. To better understand the Provider Portal experience, we created a test account and staff profile, which enabled us to demonstrate the functionality of the Portal to the Mobile Crisis teams.”

“The implementation of ReferralQ has been smooth and efficient, and working with iCarol to address any issues that arose along the way has been a seamless process.”
