Follow-up Calls lets you schedule a time for someone to phone a caller or third party back sometime after the original incoming call. Now we’ve enhanced this capability so that you can also assign these follow-ups to be done by a particular person in your agency, and you can add as many follow-up activities to the initial call record as you like.
