When a client needs extra attention, schedule an alert

Many of our member non-profit help lines have clients who call on a recurring basis, and to give them more consistent quality of service, they may create a “profile” about that client in iCarol. These can be super useful in urgent situations or when new staff joins your agency and is learning about the ways to best serve your clients. Sometimes, those clients have extraordinary events that your team should be aware of on a “need to know” basis. In that case, you can set an alert in the person’s profile to make it prominent and to give a description about the current situation. These alerts can also be scheduled to expire on a pre-defined date so that you don’t have to remember to come back into the profile to turn the alert off.
